Income Auditor

• Knowledge in Opera PMS and balancing procedures. Run reports and draw up statistical information as required by finance policies and procedures
• Compile day pack reports and documents in accordance with PCI Compliance distributing to specific departments in a timely manner as required
• Complete computer system backups and save in accordance with finance policies and procedures
• Is aware of and abides by all hotel policies procedures & relevant legislations
• To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management Etc.
   
• Opera PMSとバランシング手続きに関する知識財務方針および手続きに従ってレポートを作成し統計情報を作成する
• PCIコンプライアンスに従ってデイパックレポートや書類をまとめ必要に応じて特定の部署にタイムリーに配布する
• 財務ポリシーと手続きに従いコンピューターシステムのバックアップと保存を完了する
• ホテルのすべてのポリシー手順関連法規を理解し遵守する
• 上層部から指定されたその他の職務を遂行する準備ができ責任を負うこと

Qualifications :

• Experience working in a hotel preferred especially experience with Opera system
• Knowledge equivalent to Level 2 of the Bookkeeping certification is desirable
• Beginners level English proficiency
• Interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Time management and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
   
• ホテルでの勤務経験特にOperaシステムの使用経験があることが望ましい
• 簿記検定2級程度の知識があることが望ましい
• 初級レベルの英語力
• 対人能力問題解決能力
• 時間管理とマルチタスクスキル
• スピード感のある環境でプレッシャーに負けずに仕事をする能力
• チームの一員として同僚と協調できる能力
