業務拡大に伴いヘリコプター販売後のアフターサポートを担う部門において機体の整備修理改造また装備品販売操縦士整備士訓練等の営業活動に従事して頂きます
官公庁海上保安庁消防防災警察防衛省等ほか民間のお客様が運航されている機体に向けてメーカー直下の高質な包括的サポートを提供し長期的な伴走体制のもと安定したビジネスの獲得拡大を目指します
契約締結から履行までに至る一連のプロセスにおいてお客様の窓口として顧客対応や部署横断的な協働により様々な課題解決を図りますこれにより顧客満足を確保しお客様との良好な関係性のもと継続的な契約ひいては新規機体の販売に貢献します
また日々のサポートによる強固なパートナーシップを基盤に航空業界を取り巻く環境変化に対し航空機の安全運航を最優先としたコア人材としてとして能力を発揮して頂きます
部内は官公庁民間防衛省訓練の4チーム体制です勤務地含め六本木本社又は神戸事業所本人の希望と特性に合わせた配属からスタートし将来的にはジョブローテーションで営業として幅を広げることも可能です
- ヘリコプターの整備修理改造作業装備品販売や修理提案および契約締
- 操縦士ならびに整備士向けの訓練提案および契約締結
- 契約履行に伴う顧客対応および社内調整
- 売上計画および収支管理
- 顧客満足維持向上ここでの強固な信頼関係が将来的な新規機体の販売へと繋がります
必須要件
- 顧客及び社内調整力交渉力説明力
- リーダーシップ
- ストレスおよびプレッシャー耐性
- 航空業界への興味
- 日本語能力
- MSオフィスもしくはGoogle WorkspaceGmail等の基本的な操作

- 国際的な環境への適応力
- 製造業における部品やサービスの営業業務経験生産管理/整備経験含
- 日本の官公庁顧客への営業業務経験生産管理/整備経験含
- 航空機関連部品やサービス販売等の営業業務経験生産管理/整備経験含
- 英語力又は習得へのチャレンジ精神会話含む
- SalesforceSAP の基本的な操作
