Within the Japan Medical Office (JMO) organization there are three Therapeutic Areas (TA): 1) Neuroscience 2) Inflammatory and (3) GI PDT Vaccines each TA Head reports directly to the JMO Head.

The TA Head will oversee the Medical Directors (MD) and Scientific Directors (SD) responsible for their TA as people manager and provide leadership in achieving the overall vision of the TA.

The position currently being recruited for is Head of the GI PDT Vaccines Areas. (Please note that the assigned TA may change in the future.)

今回の募集ポジションは消化器系疾患血漿分画製剤ワクチン領域ヘッドとなります将来的に担当疾患領域が変更になることもあります

職務内容

• Lead and direct medical affairs activities personnel and budgets across a diverse portfolio within the therapeutic area (TA).

• Effectively manage a team of medical professionals by fostering a collaborative environment that consistently achieves strategic objectives.

• Develop and execute comprehensive medical strategies aligned with business goals and compliant with industry regulations.

• Effectively collaborate with Global Medical IBU Medical and various JPBU functions including Marketing DD&T MAPA and Sales to maximize product value.

• Position the TA for sustained business success as a member of the Japan Medical Office leadership team through innovative leadership strategic resource allocation and meticulous budget management.

応募要件

Mandatory Requirements/必須要件

• M.D. License/医師免許 or Ph.D. degree/博士号 M.D. License is highly recommended

• Good moral standing in relevant Medical Society/関連する医学会において良好な倫理的職業的評価を得ていること

• Clinical science background in relevant therapeutic area or its equivalent/当該疾患領域または同等の疾患領域での臨床研究経験

• More than５years of pharma industry experience (Medical Research Clinical science etc.) /製薬企業勤務での5年以上の勤務経験メディカル研究臨床開発 など

• Experience managing subordinates/部下マネジメント経験

• Business English/Japanese proficiency (TOEIC 800)

• Specialty board certification/専門医認定
