あなたのチャンスあなたのチーム

• Guest & Navigator TrainerはQVCジャパンをサポートしゲストトレーニングの研修における講師を務めOAオンエアゲストトレーニングおよびレビュープロセスの開発維持改善を支援する役割を担います

勤務場所

• このポジションはハイブリッドであり週に数日幕張本社での勤務が必要です

仕事内容

• ゲストが番組に出演するための研修において週12回講師を担当する
• 研修の中ではナビゲーター役を担当し実際の場面を想定したやり取りの相手役を務めゲストに求められる具体的なパフォーマンスについて助言を行う
• 各ゲストのデビュー番組を確認しパフォーマンスや話し方など改善点があればフィードバックを伝え必要に応じてレビュー会議を提案する
• 番組制作スタッフから意見を収集し既存のゲスト向け研修セッションの更新に関するフィードバックを活用して適切な指導を行う
• ゲスト候補者から任意でトレーニングの希望がある場合その研修の実施を主導する

必要なスキルや知識

• TV番組制作に関する深い知識およびマーケティング商品販売に関する基礎理解
• TVショッピング番組に関する一般的な法的知識薬機法および景品表示法など
• アナウンサーまたは俳優としての経験がありテレビ出演経験のない人とも会話を展開できる能力
• 高いコミュニケーション能力と冷静な判断力
• WordExcelPowerPointの基本的スキルおよび一般的な入力作業能力

応募資格

• 学歴高校卒業以上

• TV制作映像制作ビジネスまたは小売ビジネスにおける5年以上の実務経験
• 小売り業や販売業のトレーナーや店長の経験
• アナウンサーやMCの指導経験があれば尚可
