Growth Operations Intern (Japan)

Drive Japan market growth through localized content community building and influencer market feedback into product insights.

• Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing content

• Evaluate and coordinate with partners and vendors

• Track campaign performance and marketing metrics

• Support community engagement and brand activities

• Gather market insights and customer feedback

• Contribute to data analysis and campaign optimization efforts

• Maintain organized records and documentation for marketing projects

• Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) required for responsibilities such as reviewing Japanese scripts engaging the local community and ensuring accurate localized content.

• Strong analytical mindset. Comfortable with basic performance metrics.

• Familiarity with Japanese AI / tech user landscape.

• Study or work experience in Japan.

• Any experience with social media community building growth initiatives or influencer/agency collaboration

• Managing multiple agencies creator compensation knowledge.

• Exposure to AI / developer or SaaS growth tools.

• Experience in content creation with demonstrated ability to develop effective promotional strategies for AI tools.

• Strong communication skills with ability to clearly explain AI tool usage and best practices to diverse audiences.
