Global Account Representative

The Global Strategic Accounts Representative is responsible for key accounts in semiconductor industry. We are providing leading edge filters and purifiers for key semiconductor customers

Our products are nominated and contributed for the wide-range manufacturing process of Semiconductor. We keep and expand our contribution for the market.

This position is part of the Global Strategic Accounts and will be located in Shinjuku Office.

Microelectronics Division of Pall.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Sales activities for key account customers for keeping and expanding our business globally.
• New nomination activity for the Growth as one team
• Collaboration work with a customers for future demands and needs
• Collaboration work with Pall Marketing R&D Laboratories and other region sales teams
• Problem solving activities for customer demands challenges and internal Kaizen works

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors degree
• Multiple years of experience in sales or account management (Semiconductor experience preferred)

Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel 60%
• Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• English Communication Skills

マイクロエレクトロニクス事業部に所属し国内の主要な大手半導体業界のクライアントを中心にご担当いただきます

グローバルに展開するポール内のチームはクライアントの分野別に半導体メーカー半導体装置メーカー半導体を製造するための素材を扱うメーカー等に分かれていますチームでは日本および海外に開発製造拠点をもつクライアントに向けてフィルターの製品技術の提供問題解決策を提案しながら販売管理営業目標の達成を目指して頂きます

具体的な業務内容

ポールの最先端テクノロジーを用いたフィルターの製品技術の提供問題解決策を提案しながら販売管理営業目標の達成および社内へフィードバックを行いますまた新たな製品へつなげるためのマーケティング部門開発部門との共同活動等を行います

• 営業目標を達成するために担当クライアントへの戦略計画をたてグローバルチームのリソースも活用して顧客満足度を高めながら管理実行する
• 日本および海外に開発製造拠点をもつ担当クライアントの製造部門や開発部門へ向けてフィルターの製品技術の提供問題解決策を提案しながら関係性を向上させる
• 担当クライアントの購買部門とデリバリーや販売管理の業務を行う
• マーケティング部門や開発部門サポート部門や製造部門等と連携しクライアントの期待や要望に応えるための新製品の販売を促進する

求めるスキル知識ご経験

• 大学卒業以上サイエンス工学部化学系出身者歓迎
• 営業もしくはキーアカウントマネージメント経験 半導体業界経験者歓迎必須ではありません
• 日本語英語できる方歓迎
• 出張国内海外に対応可能な方

マイクロエレクトロニクス事業部に所属します所属チームは半導体業界顧客を担当するグローバルチームとなりますアジアアメリカヨーロッパのポールコーポレーション各拠点のメンバーが所属し業務で連携していきます

グローバルチーム以外にも各国の顧客を担当するリージョンチームもありますマイクロエレクトロニクス事業部では半導体業界以外の業界も担当しており電子材料業界ディスプレイ業界グラフィックアーツ業界水処理業界等多岐にわたります

また入社直後から体系的なトレーニングが計画されているため濾過分離技術の知見がなくても学んで頂ける環境です
