Fitness Attendant

We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Fitness Attendant to join our team at a luxury 5-star hotel. The Fitness Attendant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the hotel fitness center and pool facilities while delivering excellent guest service in both Japanese and English.

• Welcome and assist guests at the fitness reception area
• Provide guidance and support to guests using the fitness gym and pool facilities
• Monitor cleanliness safety and organization of the fitness center and pool area
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information regarding hotel facilities and services
• Maintain towels amenities and fitness equipment in proper condition
• Ensure all health safety and hotel service standards are followed
• Support daily operational tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager

• 安全衛生基準およびホテルサービス基準の遵守
• 上司から指示された日常業務のサポート

Qualifications :

• Japanese and English communication skills required
• Previous experience in hospitality fitness recreation or customer service is preferred
• Friendly professional and guest-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Team player with strong communication skills
