We are looking for a Finance & Corporate Planning Manager to lead our financial strategy establish robust managerial accounting frameworks and serve as the critical strategic bridge between our rapidly scaling Japan operations.

• Financial Strategy & Business Planning: Lead the formulation and execution of mid-to-long-term business plans (BP) rolling forecasts and dynamic revenue simulations to support strategic growth.

• Agile Managerial Accounting: Design and implement practical high-speed managerial accounting processes focusing on unit economics and actionable variance analysis to drive real-time business decisions.

• Global Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with Global HQ Finance and executive leadership. Provide clear data-backed reporting and strategic insights in English to secure budgets and align on cross-border goals.

• M&A & Investment Execution: Support M&A and strategic investments by building comprehensive 3-statement financial models from scratch assisting with due diligence and visualizing post-merger synergies.

• Financial Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day cash flow management and direct external partners (BPOs audit firms tax advisors) to ensure lean efficient and compliant workflows.

• Cross-Functional Ownership: Take proactive hands-on ownership of operational challenges beyond traditional finance boundaries designing scalable processes that support seamless business expansion.

• 5 years of experience in Corporate Planning FP&A or Finance within a consulting firm investment bank trading house or fast-growing startup/corporate environment.

• Business-level English proficiency or higher (Essential): Must be capable of leading regular meetings negotiating and delivering financial reporting in English directly with Global HQ Finance and executive leadership.

• Extreme Ownership (Hands-on Execution): A mindset that rejects not my job boundaries. We are looking for a professional who proactively catches dropped balls across the organization and rolls up their sleeves to execute solutions.

• High Adaptability & Resilience: The proven ability to thrive in a highly fluid environment without right answers. You must be able to stay focused flexible and persistent through rapid unpredictable changes.

• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets with the proven ability to build dynamic 3-statement models from scratch.

• Strong foundational accounting knowledge (Nissho Boki 2nd Grade CPA or an equivalent deep understanding of BS/PL/CF integration).

• A proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and aligning diverse stakeholders in a dynamic business environment.

• 事業計画財務戦略の推進: 中長期事業計画BPおよび財務計画の策定ローリング事業成長を支える収益シミュレーションの実行

• アジャイルな管理会計の構築: ユニットエコノミクスと予実管理にフォーカスしビジネスの意思決定スピードを最大化するための実用的な管理会計フローの設計と運用

• グローバルステークホルダーとの連携: 海外HQのファイナンスチームや経営陣と直接連携英語でのデータに基づくレポーティングや戦略的インサイトの提供を通じ予算の獲得とグローバル目標の目線合わせを行う

• M&A投資戦略の実行サポート: 新規M&Aや事業投資に向けた3表連動の財務モデルのゼロからの構築デューデリジェンスDD支援およびシナジー効果の可視化

• 財務経理オペレーションの統括: 日々のキャッシュフロー管理外部専門家BPO監査法人税理士等のディレクションを通じた無駄のない効率的かつコンプライアンスを遵守した業務フローの構築

• 領域横断的な業務推進ハンズオン: 財務の枠に捉われず組織拡大に伴うオペレーション上の課題に対し主体的にハンズオンで入り込みスケーラブルな業務プロセスの構築をリードする

• コンサルティングファーム総合商社投資銀行または成長企業スタートアップにおける財務 / 経営企画 / FP&A部門での実務経験5年以上

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力必須: 海外HQファイナンスやグローバル経営陣との定例会議交渉英語での財務レポーティングが可能なレベル

• マインドセット行動特性Ownership: 定義された職務領域に捉われず自ら進んでボールを拾いに行く強い当事者意識と泥臭い実行力

• マインドセット行動特性レジリエンス: 変化が激しく正解のない環境下でも柔軟かつ粘り強く業務を遂行できる高い適応力

• 高度なExcel/Googleスプレッドシートスキル3表が連動した財務モデルや事業計画をゼロから構築運用できる能力

• 日商簿記2級以上公認会計士CPAまたは同等の深い財務会計知識BS/PL/CFの構造理解

• 変化の速いビジネス環境下において複数のステークホルダーを巻き込む横断的なプロジェクトマネジメント経験
