必須要件

  • 半導体物理に関する基礎知識

  • 解析装置の機械構造操作に関する実務経験

  • 国内および必要に応じて海外出張が可能な方

  • 物理学半導体工学材料工学など関連分野の学士号

  • 半導体材料分野における物理解析分析の実務経験

  • FIBSEMまたはFIB-SEM装置の操作経験

Through dual-beam (FIB-SEM) analysis in the semiconductor field you will help solve customers physical analysis challenges and improve yield. You will support both wafer-based and small FIB-SEM platforms leading on-site support automation recipe development and cross-functional collaboration. We welcome candidates passionate about maximizing customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive customer support (system installation operator training technical inquiries)

  • Automation recipe development and operations support (including evaluation and implementation of new technologies/applications)

  • Sales support (demos evaluations PoCs technical proposals)

  • Development and optimization of FIB-SEM applications

  • Technical feedback and collaboration with Product Development and Marketing

  • Yield improvement proposals and implementation based on physical analysis

Location

  • Shinagawa Tokyo Japan (domestic and international travel up to 50% annually)

Required Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of semiconductor physics

  • Hands-on experience operating semiconductor analytical equipment and understanding their mechanical architecture

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Physics Semiconductor Engineering Materials Science or related field

  • Practical experience in physical analysis/characterization in semiconductors or materials

  • Experience operating FIB SEM or FIB-SEM systems

  • Programming experience (automation metrology data processing etc.)

  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (customer communication and technical documentation)

  • Ability to plan prioritize and solve problems autonomously and collaboratively
