Responsibilities and Tasks:
- 半導体製造プロセスの条件設定開発および継続的な改善
- プロセス能力の向上および生産コスト削減に向けた改善活動の推進
- プロセス管理項目の構築運用および最適化
- 各種半導体製造装置におけるプロセスパラメータの設定最適化
- 新規装置材料の評価導入検討および量産展開
- 製造工程で発生する異常の解析原因究明および再発防止に向けた改善活動
- 関係部門と連携した品質向上生産性向上および歩留まり改善の推進
- 生成AIやデータ分析ツールを活用し技術文書作成知見共有プロジェクト管理および意思決定の質向上に貢献する

- Establish develop and continuously improve semiconductor manufacturing processes and operating conditions.
- Drive process capability enhancement and cost reduction initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop maintain and optimize process control and management systems.
- Define set up and optimize process parameters for a variety of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Evaluate qualify and implement new equipment and materials for production applications.
- Analyze manufacturing abnormalities identify root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality productivity and process yield.
- Utilize generative AI and analytics tools to support technical documentation knowledge sharing project execution and data-driven decision-making.
