Expert Sales Trainer

<職務の目的>

• 営業組織のSelling Skillと製品知識を高める - 特に肝臓領域Hepatologyの知識スキル強化をリードする

• MRのSelling Skillを向上させパフォーマンスを最大化する

• 営業組織の製品知識を高め 医師と質の高い面談を行えるよう支援する

• 各ステークホルダーと連携し営業組織のCapability向上に向けた施策を企画実行する

<主な職務内容>

1. 営業戦略に必要な知識向上のためのトレーニングを必要なタイミングで企画し実施する

2. MRのSelling Skillの課題を分析特定し改善に向けた施策を立案するアウトプットアセスメントを年2回企画実施

3. 中途入社者社内異動者に対してSelling Skillおよび製品知識を高めるためのトレーニングを実施し現場での活動が行えるように準備する

4. MRの知識定着を目的とした知識確認テストを年1回実施する

職務内容および勤務地の変更範囲は会社の定めるところとする

必要な条件Basic Qualification

• 営業の課題を特定する分析力

• 課題に対するトレーニングの企画力と実行力

• 相手に理解しやすく実践的なトレーニングを実施できるプレゼンテーションスキル

• 柔軟性と新しいアイデアを生み出す能力ゼロベースの思考

• ステークホルダーと協力してトレーニングをリードするためのチームマネジメント力とファシリテーション力

• 基本的なPCスキルPowerPoint / Excel など

経験

• 肝臓領域Hepatologyでのコマーシャル業務経験MRマーケティングなど

• トレーニングの経験歓迎経験

学位/資格/語学力 Education/Certification/Language

• 日本語流暢

• 英語基礎レベル
