The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the engineering function across manufacturing sites in Japan including equipment installation modification renewal and technical support.

The role supports stable and safe production while driving improvements in quality productivity and cost efficiency in close collaboration with Production Quality EHS and Supply Chain teams.

1. 主な職務内容 / Key Responsibilities

(1) エンジニアリング統括 / Engineering Leadership

製造設備に関する設計改造更新計画の立案および実行

設備仕様技術標準エンジニアリング品質の維持向上

工場現場への技術支援およびトラブル対応

Plan and execute equipment design modification and renewal activities

Maintain and improve engineering standards and technical quality

Provide technical support and troubleshooting to manufacturing sites

(2) 設備投資改善活動 / Capital Investment & Improvement

設備投資案件CAPEXの技術検討仕様策定実行支援

工程改善生産性向上設備信頼性向上施策の推進

設備ライフサイクル管理および更新計画の策定

Support capital investment projects including technical scope definition

Drive productivity reliability and process improvement initiatives

Manage equipment lifecycle and replacement planning

(3) 安全品質コンプライアンス / Safety & Compliance

設備安全プロセス安全EHS 要件を考慮した設計技術レビュー

MOC変更管理PSSR稼働前安全確認への技術的関与

法規制および社内基準への適合確保

Ensure equipment and process safety through engineering reviews

Support MOC and PSSR activities from an engineering standpoint

Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal standards

(4) 組織人材外部管理 / People & Vendor Management

外部ベンダー設備メーカー工事業者の選定および管理

他部門ProductionQAEHS Process  technology等との横断的連携

Manage and develop engineering team members

Select and manage equipment suppliers contractors and vendors

Collaborate crossfunctionally with Production QA EHS and Process technology

Qualifications :

1. 必須要件 / Required Qualifications

日本語

製造業化学材料プロセス型産業等におけるエンジニアリング経験目安8年以上

製造設備機械ユーティリティ保全に関する実務知識

工場設備導入改造改善活動の実績

日本語ビジネスレベル必須

英語技術資料の理解および業務コミュニケーション能力

English

8 years of engineering experience in manufacturing industries

Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment machinery and utilities

Proven experience in equipment installation modification and improvement

Businesslevel Japanese required

Workinglevel English for technical documentation and communication

2. 歓迎要件 / Preferred Qualifications

日本語

工場新設または設備更新プロジェクトへの参画経験

保全技術信頼性向上TPM 等の実務経験

EHS やプロセス安全に関する知識

English

Experience in new factory or major equipment upgrade projects

Knowledge of maintenance engineering and reliability improvement (e.g. TPM)

Understanding of EHS and process safety requirements
