About the job

Engagement Manager leads complex earlystage consulting pursuits partners with Sales Leaders and customers shapes strategic opportunities and mentors junior BDMs. Professional Services implementation and selling experience required.

Complexity Problem Solving & Judgment

  • Handles highcomplexity opportunities with multiple variables.
  • Evaluates ambiguous customer situations and provides strategic recommendations.
  • Leads qualification and shaping of strategic pursuits.

Supervision & Autonomy

  • Operates independently with broad latitude.
  • Advises leadership on BD strategy and pipeline priorities.
  • Possesses good track working with the SAS sales managers and AEs.
  • Able to act fast coordinate with other functions internally and track his opportunity end to end to deliver on time with the required quality.

Impact & Contributions

  • Drives regional consulting attach growth.
  • Influences strategy forecasting discipline and BD effectiveness.
  • Enhances BD processes and crossteam collaboration.

Primary Responsibilities

Selling

  • Lead advanced discovery with senior stakeholders.
  • Shape strategic earlystage opportunity approach.
  • Identify crossterritory attach opportunities.
  • Build strong customer and partner relationships.

Process / Administration

  • Lead DRBP preparation for complex deals.
  • Provide advanced context to BD Practice and BD Ops.
  • Represent BD in PTG forecasting and leadership reviews.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Standardize BD workflows across teams.
  • Mentor junior BDMs in the future.
  • Review GPSAM submissions for complex opportunities.

Technical Skills (Advanced)

  • Strong conceptual understanding of solution architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of consulting delivery models and implementation cycles.
  • Ability to articulate value at a strategic level.
  • Understanding of data pipelines in broader architectural context.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Typically 710 years experience.
