Design real-time software for control and automation systems
Model simulate and validate system behavior
Integrate control logic on embedded platforms and ECUs
Support system testing debugging and performance optimization
Collaborate with software hardware and system engineers
Experience
Experience in embedded software or control systems development
Experience with real-time and hardware-near systems
Experience with system modeling and simulation is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
Strong skills in C/C and embedded systems
Good understanding of control theory and system dynamics
Experience with MATLAB/Simulink
Familiarity with RTOS and real-time architectures
Understanding of hardware interfaces and system integration
Structured and analytical mindset
Fluent Japanese; English is a plus
