[DCJP] Department Manager Logistics Planning Japan

Overall functional responsible for country unit logistics planning (customer demand planning / procurement)

1) Lead LOP department to ensure on-time delivery to customers:   
     - Customer demand planning and order fulfillment 
     - Procurement planning including IPN plant and third party suppliers
2) Logistic cost management and continuous cost optimization (inventory freight cost)
3) Continuous improvement to strive for business excellence
     - Process improvement by SAP setting optimization AMS2.0 & supply chain modeling 
     - Efficiency improvement by digitalization & AI technology (ASN EDI MPM)
     - Transparent Information flow within the organization (S&OP meeting)
4) Team and people management (Culture transformation competency management talent development)
5) Report to local management Sales unit in ASEAN and Business units in Germany)

Qualifications :

Business-level Japanese proficiency is a mandatory requirement. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will be rejected during the document screening process.

- 10 years and above experience in Logistics or 5 years and above experience in Logistic planning
- Strong Customer focus and result orientation
- Strong CIP mind-set on process optimization
- Strong sense of ownership and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills including bilingual capability (English & Japanese)
