Job Summary

We are seeking a Data & Analytics Project Manager to lead data projects manage budgets and timelines oversee project teams mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage data projects in an agile way ensuring adherence to the defined scope budget and schedule.
Build a project plan to manage the project from execution to delivery.
Track and control project progress milestones unforeseen delays and risks then realign as per expectations.
Manage the project team effectively and deliver high-quality work products.
Continuously measure project performance and take action as required.
Ensure a good client experience.
Participate in a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged excellence is rewarded and diversity is respected and valued.

Requirements

What are we looking for:

A bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in place of each year of education.
Japanese citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are eligible.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in the Data and Analytics domain.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the software development life cycle.
Ability to work in a team in a diverse environment involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience working in a global delivery environment and a desire to work in such an environment.
