Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

People Hive is supporting an FX/CFD broker in the search for a Japanese-speaking Customer Support Officer in the FX/CFD industry.

You will assist Japanese-speaking clients with account support platform guidance back-office assistance and technical troubleshooting coordinating with internal departments.

Critical Requirements

• Fluent Japanese and English
• Customer support experience
• Working hours 08:0017:00 or 09:0018:00 JST

Important Requirements

• FX/CFD or trading platform familiarity

Location: Japan or South-East Asia

Languages required: Japanese and English

Working arrangement: Remote

Employment: Full-time under a Services Agreement (12 salaries per year)

Salary: Up to approx. $2000 per month depending on location and experience
