Are you a Japanese-speaking customer support professional with a passion for financial markets Were looking for a Customer Support Officer to help clients navigate trading accounts and platforms while delivering top-tier service in the FX/CFD space!

Assist clients with opening and maintaining trading accounts
Respond to customer enquiries via email phone & internal support channels
Handle welcome calls and client follow-ups to ensure high satisfaction
Provide information about trading platforms and services
Resolve back-office and account-related enquiries
Support clients with technical issues including MetaTrader platform troubleshooting
Handle customer complaints professionally ensuring timely resolution
Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required
Support marketing activities including campaign translations & event coordination
Educate clients on products and platform functionality
Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and support business growth

Native or fluent Japanese (written & spoken)
Fluent English (B2 minimum)
University or College degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Comfortable using CRM systems email platforms & computer applications
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience working with CRM systems and customer support tools
