Customer Project Manager Power Electronics Products

Lead a large-scale e-mobility power electronics project in a highly innovative fast-paced environment working closely with Japanese OEM (customers) to drive strategic project success. Accountable for achieving customer expectations and project targets in quality cost schedule and budget while ensuring effective technical coordination and resolution of complex engineering challenges.

Act as the central interface between customers and a global cross-functional team spanning Japan Germany Austria India and Hungary fostering collaboration across cultures functions and management levels. With a high degree of autonomy drive innovation profitability and execution excellence while inspiring teams through clear vision strong leadership and decisive action. Contribute to the development of market-leading electrification solutions and support Boschs continued growth in the rapidly evolving e-mobility market.

Qualifications :

Required Experience Skills & Background:

• 5 years of automotive industry experience including technical project management of complex products and customer programs.
• Strong presentation communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across customer management and engineering organizations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proven track record of resolving complex technical and project-related challenges.
• Proactive risk and issue management including early identification assessment mitigation and escalation of project risks.
• Business-fluent Japanese and English enabling effective technical discussions customer engagement and collaboration in multicultural global teams.

Preferred Experience Skills & Background

• Extensive experience in the development and launch of automotive power electronics and vehicle systems in global markets.
• Proven Project Manager/Project Leader delivering large-scale cross-functional programs in international environments.
• PMP certified project management professional.
• Demonstrated leadership of globally distributed multicultural teams across functions regions and organizations.
