Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee HMI Hotel Group. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. • Education: High school diploma or Bachelors degree
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of hospitality experience preferably in international hotel brands
• License or Certification: Applicants who are not Japanese nationals possessing JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test) N3 certification or higher or having achieved a score of 400 or above on the BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test preferred.
• Proficency in English is a must
