両製品とも開胸手術を必要とせずカテーテルを用いて低侵襲で製品を留置します施設病院では心臓血管外科循環器内科心エコー医麻酔科医などのハートチームを構成しチームで適応を検討し治療方針を決め手技治療を行っております私たちはこのハートチームメンバーの方々に対して製品を安全に留置するための手技的トレーニングや医師から医師への的確な情報提供を行い当社製品を安全に使用できるための環境を提供しております

業務内容

メドトロニック社員Sales医療従事者に対し当社が扱う製品の安全使用のための専門知識技術指導の提案を行っていただきます

業務内容には以下が含まれます

• 担当地域の顧客または社員に対する安全使用のための症例立会サポート手技についてのハンズオンデモ新製品導入の際の製品および手技説明会

• 担当地域における営業担当との販売戦略の策定実施

• 会議研究会セミナーなど担当地域におけるイベントの実施サポート

• 関連する競合のマーケット分析および報告

Must Haves

Job Experience

• TAVR製品もしくはオペ室で使用される心臓外科血管外科循環器内科領域の製品販売症例立会の経験またオペ室で心臓外科循環器領域に携わる仕事の2年以上の経験

Skill / Knowledge

• 医中誌PubMed等を活用した学術文献の自己収集読解ができる方

• PowerPointExcelWord等の基本的なPCスキルおよびITツールへの適応力

Competency

• 常に新しい知識の習得に意欲的で専門性を活かしながら一緒に製品の安全使用営業推進に主体的に取り組める方

• 社内外関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力

Education

• 学士以上学部学科は問わない

Job Experience

• 医療従事者看護師臨床工学技士放射線技師としてのご経験をお持ちの方

• 社内移動含む医療機器メーカー代理店TAVR製品もしくはオペ室で使用される心臓外科血管外科循環器内科領域の製品販売症例立会の経験がある

• 心臓外科循環器領域の手技製品に関する知識経験

Working Style

• フィールドワーク中心のポジションです北海道の医療機関を訪問し症例立ち合いやDrとの面談ハンズオンなどを行います直行直帰が基本スタイルです学会イベント等の目的に応じて全国への出張が生じます土日勤務が生じることもありますが在宅オフィス業務と組み合わせながら自律的に動ける環境です
