臨床開発業務に関る以下の業務をご担当頂きます
- 施設支払関連請求書処理
- クライアントへの請求書と捺印申請の取りまとめ及び発送
- モニターから受領した必須書と指書のつきあわせ約20件1時間
- 文書移管業務サイト文書のみ
- 移管順書の作成プロジェクト開始時順変更時
- 安全性情報発送手配
- 購買申請代&ベンダー関連請求書処理印刷翻訳リース
- 資材手配文具リース物品施設貸与品印刷などとりまとめ & 在庫管理購買申請対応含む
- 備品発注バインダー&仕切り&クリアポケット等発送伝票発注
- チーム定例会議の設定
- 郵便物社内便仕訳
- プロジェクトのキャビネ管理
- その他必要に応じて臨床開発部員のサポート
求める知識経験資質
- 製薬企業CROにおいてモニターサポートもしくはモニター経験者内勤希望の方SMO治験事務局経験者歓迎
- 英語を使用する業務に抵抗の無い方
- タイムマネジメントマルチタスクをこなすことができる方
- 複数のプロジェクトを担当するため同時進で内容の異なる業務を担って頂ける
- コミュニケーション能力
- フレキシブルなマインドセット
