職務概要

Cardiovascular心疾患領域において担当エリアの売上目標達成に責任を持ち他競合品情報も含む心疾患領域 全般の知識を有し担当する高市場施設での新薬上市を成功させることにより関連する周辺エリアへの波及効果により売上げ目標を継続的に達成するために顧客ニーズに基づいた高度な情報提供および提案活動を主体的に推進する

Patient Centricな行動を体現しチームや関係部署と連携しながら成果創出をリードする

主な職務内容

• Cardiovascular領域製品の売上最大化に向けたアクションプランの立案実行
• 疾患治療ガイドライン競合環境を踏まえた戦略的情報提供
• 担当顧客との中長期的な信頼関係構築
• 医療提供体制市場環境を踏まえた機会課題の特定ならびに地域のエリア戦略の策定実行
• 適正使用の推進および安全性情報の収集副作用マネジメント提案
• マネジメントへのタイムリーな情報提供
• 高い倫理観とコンプライアンス遵守
  

必須条件

• MR認定試験合格者
• Cardiovascular領域または関連領域での病院MR経験目安2年以上
• 医学論文英語含むを理解し顧客と議論できる能力
• 潜在的ニーズを掘り起こし付加価値の高い情報提供を行うことができる
• ステークホルダー/顧客とのインタラクティブなコミュニケーション能力を有する
• スキル向上や新しい概念に前向きに取り組む意欲
• 自律的に課題設定実行ができるスキル
• 高い問題解決力論理的思考力
• MRとして高い倫理観コンプライアンス意識
