[C] Trade Compliance Manager for Japan

• As part of the global team of Customs you will be responsible for Bosch BBM business and HC business from location in Yokohama.
• Liaise with Bosch Germany and the APAC regional leadership and drive governance initiatives.
• Oversight of the supply chain to ensure alignment with applicable and beneficial trade rules
• Governance on Customs-related matters in Japan ensuring alignment with applicable regulations and internal policies
• Communicate with Japanese customs authorities respond to requirements and lead internal coordination as the primary point of contact.
• Actively monitoring and tracking from proposed rules/regulations changes communicating impact to the organization and providing solutions to mitigate Customs compliance risk exposure.
• Implementation and monitoring of the requirements of the Bosch Global Standards and Procedures within his/her area of responsibility and translation into national processes.
• Consulting for all Customs process related questions in Japan
• Continuous monitoring of business activities as well as review and release of business models or individual transactions
• Steering and support of internal and external audits
• Review and audit of HS Classification
• Monitoring of national export control law & changes and continuous alignment with the global governance team (preferable)

• 日本の税関とのコミュニケーション要求事項への対応また対応窓口として社内対応をリード
• 新規改正が検討されている法規制の動向を継続的にモニタリングし組織へ影響を共有するとともにコンプライアンスリスク低減に向けた対策を提案
• Boschグローバル標準および手順の導入遵守状況の監視並びに国内プロセスへの展開
• 日本国内における通関プロセス全般に関するコンサルティング対応
• 事業活動の継続的なモニタリングおよびビジネスモデルや個別取引のレビュー承認
• 内部監査および外部監査の推進支援
• HSコード分類のレビューおよび監査
• 日本の輸出管理法規および関連法改正のモニタリング並びにグローバルガバナンスチームとの継続的な連携望ましい

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in international trade and business or other relevant areas
• 8 years of experience with trade compliance (EPA Customs Process AEO audit Customs valuation)
• Demonstrated ability to advise internal customers on regional and global policies and processes
• SAP / GTS knowledge or equivalent system
• Ability to work across all levels of an organization (including executive and with cross-functional teams)
• Team player attitude
• Strong customer orientation
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English and Japanese
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• 国際貿易ビジネスまたは関連分野の学士号
• 貿易コンプライアンス分野での8年以上の実務経験EPA関税手続AEO監査関税評価など
• 地域およびグローバルのポリシープロセスに関して社内関係者へ助言できる能力
• SAP / GTSまたは同等システムの知識
• 組織のあらゆるレベル経営層およびクロスファンクショナルチームを含むと連携して業務を遂行できる能力
