- Ability to provide guest service in Japanese
- Applicants must have valid authorization to work in Japan.
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
- Previous guest service experience in the hospitality industry
- Basic knowledge of cocktails wines and spirits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Experience in a luxury hotel fine dining restaurant or high-end bar
- Ability to communicate with guests in English
- Bartender certification and/or Sommelier qualification
- Experience serving VIP guests
- Advanced knowledge of wines spirits and mixology
- Previous experience with Marriott brands
