定義された調達品目に対しタイムリーな供給コスト削減品質確保サービス水準向上を目的とした調達戦略を策定実行する
サプライヤーの選定育成契約交渉パフォーマンス管理を含む調達プロセス全体をリード
主要サプライヤーとの関係を管理し納期品質契約遵守の確保を推進
市場調査や業界動向分析を行い新たな調達機会やリスクを特定
エンジニアリング品質プロジェクト管理などの関連部門と連携し調達活動が事業要件と整合するよう調整
サプライチェーン全体の継続的改善を推進し効率性向上とコスト削減を実現
関連法規および日立日立エナジー社内規程に基づきコンプライアンスを遵守

納期遵守のパフォーマンスおよび運用上のサプライヤー品質に責任を持つ

注文の処理サプライヤーとのフォローアップ納品の監視および注文の逸脱や苦情の処理に責任を持つサプライヤーとの価格交渉を行い時間通りの納品を確実に実行する

価格競争力と資材の入手可能性を高めるためにフレーム契約を作成する

部品およびアセンブリの調達に責任を持つマスターデータの正確性を確保しシステムデータの監視および調整在庫削減の取り組みエラーメッセージの処理を実施する

エンジニアリングプロジェクトマネジメント生産などの社内ステークホルダーおよび社内外のサプライヤーと協力し業務を実施する安全性と誠実さという日立エナジーのコアバリューとして同僚や事業を大切にしながら自分の行動に責任を持って対応する

応募要件
工学産業工学または経済学経営学等の学士以上
十分な対人関係能力とコミュニケーション能力
日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力他言語があれば尚可

Your responsibilities:

• You will develop and implement sourcing strategies for defined material groups within the service business unit to achieve availability on time cost savings quality and service level objectives.
• You will lead the procurement process for defined material groups including identifying and selecting and developing suppliers negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance.
• You will manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery quality and compliance with contractual terms.
• You will conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new sourcing opportunities and potential risks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering quality and project management to ensure procurement activities align with business requirements.
• You will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• You will ensure compliance with Hitachi policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations.

• You will be responsible for on-time delivery performance and operational supplier quality.
• You will be responsible for processing orders following up with suppliers monitoring deliveries and processing of order deviations and complaints.

• You will create frame contracts to increase the price competitiveness and material availability.
• You will be responsible for the procurement of components and assemblies.
• You will ensure correct and precise master data including monitoring and adjusting system data working on inventory reduction and handling of error messages.
• You will be in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Engineering Project Management and Production as well as internal /external Suppliers.

Your background:

• Degree/masters required: bachelors degree or above or equivalent in Engineering or Industrial Engineering Economics or Business Administration
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in languages: English & Japanese other of advantage.
