We are looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead our aggressive growth strategies including the rollout of autonomous driving projects KPI maximization and strategic M&A. In this pivotal role you will bridge our global headquarters corporate teams and local frontline operations to drive hands-on execution and turn strategic vision into reality.

• Drive Business Development & Strategy: Lead the Japan rollout roadmap for our cutting-edge global autonomous driving projects optimize Uber dispatch efficiencies/vehicle utilization and lead negotiations and PMI for new M&A and branch expansions.

• Navigate Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the vital link between frontline branch managers back-office corporate departments (Finance Legal HR IT) and our overseas HQ logically translating local market realities into English for global executive alignment.

• Ensure Hands-on Execution & Process Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks and pick up dropped balls across the organization without being restricted by your job description.

• Build Scalable Systems: Leverage AI and BPO solutions to define requirements and systematize efficient workflows throughout our transitional growth phase.

• 5 years of practical experience in business development or project management (PM) at a trading company strategic/general consulting firm investment bank or fast-growing IT/mobility startup.

• Business-level English proficiency (essential for regular meetings negotiations and reporting with our overseas HQ) and native-level Japanese.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of aligning diverse groups from executives to frontline staff.

• An extreme sense of ownership: You thrive in chaotic environments never say thats not my job and possess the flexibility to tackle unassigned challenges head-on.

• Strong translation abilities: A balanced mindset that can navigate both the gritty realities of Japanese field operations and the overarching logic of our global HQ.

• Preferred: Experience in mobility/logistics knowledge of road traffic laws/regulations PMI/BPR expertise and complex data analysis skills.

• 事業開発戦略実行の推進: 次世代自動運転プロジェクトの日本展開ロードマップ策定実行配車効率および車両稼働率の最適化新規M&Aや拠点拡大に向けた交渉

• PMI経営統合の牽引 横断的なステークホルダー連携: 現場営業所コーポレート部門財務法務人事IT海外HQをつなぐハブとして日本の実務状況を的確に英語で共有しグローバル経営陣との合意形成を主導

• ハンズオンな業務推進と改善: 自身の職務定義に捉われず組織内の未整備な課題やこぼれたボールを自ら拾い主体的に解決完遂

• スケーラブルな仕組みの構築: AIやBPOを積極的に活用し要件定義から業務フローの標準化効率化を推進

• 総合商社戦略/総合コンサルティングファーム投資銀行または急成長ITスタートアップでの事業開発PM実務経験5年以上

• ビジネスレベルの英語力海外HQとの定例MTG交渉レポート作成およびネイティブレベルの日本語力

• 経営陣から現場スタッフまで多様な関係者を巻き込み合意形成を導いたステークホルダーマネジメント力

• 強い当事者意識Ownership自分の担当ではないと線を引かず変化の激しい環境で進んでボールを拾いに行く実行力

• 高い翻訳力調整力現場のリアルな泥臭さと海外HQのロジックの双方を理解し信頼関係を築けるバランス感覚
