Were Hiring: Bilingual IT Professional (Japanese & English) Tokyo Japan

Our client one of the worlds major general insurers with operations in Japan is looking for an IT professional to support an upcoming insurance software implementation project. This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start.

The new system will be bilingual so fluency in both Japanese and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Work with departments in the Japan Office to understand business requirements and support implementation

Liaise with the Head Office in India for discussions clarifications and project coordination

Communicate with software vendors and stakeholders in Japanese and English

Support the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process including clarifying technical and functional requirements

Assist with system implementation and keep communication smooth between business users IT teams and vendors

What Were Looking For

Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English

Currently based in Japan

Available to join at short notice

Experience with insurance systems or software implementation projects preferred
