Amazon Transportation Services(ATS)部門ではお客様とお約束したお届け日に安全かつ正確に商品をお届けすべく日本全国のAmazon物流拠点を結ぶ大規模な幹線輸送ネットワークを構築運営しています1日5000運行を超えるこの複雑なネットワーク運営の中核を担うRelay Operation Center(ROC)において輸送品質を管理するQuality Management(QM)チームのメンバーを募集します

チーム概要
ROC QMチームの主な機能は大きく以下の3つに分かれます
(1) 幹線輸送出荷拠点から配達拠点までにおける輸送期日遵守率の品質管理改善
(2) 季節変動する輸送量に対する幹線トラック定刻運行の品質管理改善
(3) 天候災害発生(台風大雪)などイレギュラー時の品質維持と早期回復に向けたプロセス管理

これらの品質水準を高めることでお客様に最上のサービスを提供します

職務内容
本ポジションではチーム機能の3つ目であるイレギュラー時の品質維持と配送網の早期回復に向けたプロセス管理業務を担当していただきます

災害時におけるオペレーション継続計画の事前策定とその検証
大規模災害発生時の配送網に対する影響を把握リカバリするためのチームの指揮や大規模ミーティングのコントロール
災害発生時に利用するプロトコル/プロセスの構築や業務フローの見直し手順の整備

イレギュラーには気象予報などある程度予測可能な事象および地震システムエラーなど予測不可能な事象がありますこのような環境下において社内外のステークホルダーと連携しAmazon配送網の安定的な維持向上を実現します

Position Overview
Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) division builds and operates a large-scale linehaul transportation network connecting Amazon fulfillment/delivery centers across Japan ensuring safe and accurate delivery of products to customers by the promised delivery date. We are seeking a member for the Quality Management (QM) team which oversees transportation quality within the Relay Operation Center (ROC) - the nerve center of this complex network that manages over 5000 daily operations.

Team Overview
The ROC QM teams primary functions are divided into three areas:

(1) Quality management and improvement of on-time delivery compliance across linehaul transportation (from ship nodes to delivery stations)
(2) Quality management and improvement of on-time truck departure performance against seasonally fluctuating shipment volumes
(3) Process management for maintaining quality and enabling rapid recovery during irregular events such as weather disasters (typhoons heavy snowfall)

Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for the third team function - process management for maintaining quality and enabling rapid network recovery during irregular events:

- Developing and validating operational continuity plans in advance of disasters
- Leading teams and handling large-scale meetings to assess impact on the delivery network and drive recovery during major disasters
- Building protocols/processes used during disasters reviewing operational flows and standardizing procedures

Irregular events include reasonably predictable phenomena (e.g. weather forecasts) as well as unpredictable events (e.g. earthquakes system errors). In this environment you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve the stability of Amazons delivery network.
