Key job responsibilities
本ポジションでは以下の業務に責任を持ちます
ベンダー各社の在庫および物流課題の解決を推進し主要ビジネスメトリクスの改善を通じてサービス満足度を向上させる

お客様に提供する利便性Availability配送スピード等を向上させる

カテゴリーリーダーやカテゴリーサプライチェーンマネージャーと定期的にコミュニケーションを持ちサービスの

方向性についてフィードバックを得ると共にカテゴリー戦略サプライチェーン戦略の意思決定をサポートする

全社的な観点から業務を遂行しスケーラブルなプロセス改善自動化分析を活用して部門間事業間を超えたプロジェクト開発を促進する

- 3 years of supply chain inventory management or project management experience
- Proven ability to communicate and present strategies to senior leadership
- Analytical mindset to quickly diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions
- Strong business Japanese and English skills (written and oral)

- Experience with process improvement Kaizan and Six Sigma or experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL MS Power Query Python)
- Software development experience or equivalent tech background
- MBA is considered a plus
