We are seeking an Automation Engineer who can work independently to lead and manage technical projects/pre-projects with responsibility for budget quality and schedule. The role involves overseeing upgrade projects as well as L0 - L2 CE projects & L3/L3 CE projects with guidance. The successful candidate will provide leadership and coordination for multidisciplinary teams working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
As our Electrical Engineer will do:
- Coordinate and manage all automation engineering and design activities/changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure the engineering aligns with the Tetra Pak automation standards as well as the local industry practices
- Lead technical discussions and provide engineering support to customers suppliers and other project stakeholders
- Support the pre-project team with cost estimation risk assessments technical coordination and project planning activities
- Organize facilitate and lead design reviews technical reviews and risk assessment workshops
- Provide on-site supervision and technical support during installation commissioning and project handover activities
Travel frequency
Depending on the projects assigned this position may require travel for approximately 50-60% of the time. Business trips can vary in duration ranging from several weeks to several months depending on project scope location and execution requirements.
1. At least 3-5 years working experience as Automation Engineer
2. Native level Japanese and Business level English proficiency
