Assistant Stewarding Manager

• Manage the cleanliness organization and maintenance of kitchen equipment dining ware and back-of-house work areas to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead and supervise the stewarding team ensuring work is completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene sanitation workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and control departmental costs including supplies equipment chemicals and labor expenses.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate manpower effectively based on operational needs and business demands.
• Conduct regular inspections identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain operational excellence.
• Work closely with other departments to support seamless hotel operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Promote sustainability workplace safety and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the department.

• 厨房機器食器類およびバックオフィスエリアの清掃整理整頓維持管理を行い円滑な運営を支える
• スチュワーディングチームの指導監督を行い業務が効率的かつ会社基準に沿って遂行されるよう管理する
• 衛生管理安全管理および関連法令社内基準の遵守を徹底する
• 備品設備洗剤類などの在庫管理を行うとともに人件費を含む部門コストを適切に管理する
• 業務量や運営状況に応じたシフト作成および人員配置を行う
• 定期的な点検を実施し課題の特定と改善策の実行を通じて業務品質の向上を図る
• 他部署と連携しホテル全体の円滑な運営とゲスト満足度の向上に貢献する
• サステナビリティ安全衛生および継続的な業務改善の取り組みを推進する

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in housekeeping stewarding cleaning operations facilities management food service hospitality or a related field.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Good understanding of hygiene sanitation and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to manage inventory control costs and maintain operational standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks.
• Japanese language proficiency is required; English language skills are an advantage.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
