You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and public relations activities aimed at enhancing the brand value of The Kitano Hotel Tokyo and driving guest engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan execute and evaluate PR and marketing initiatives with a strong focus on KPI performance

• Create and distribute press releases and manage media relations

• Build and maintain relationships with magazines online media and influencers

• Plan and manage the official website and social media channels (Instagram LINE etc.)

• Support publicity efforts for seasonal promotions and in-house events

• Coordinate and direct photo and video shoots for guestrooms cuisine and hotel facilities

• Liaise and negotiate with external vendors such as PR agencies and creative production companies

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Rooms Food & Beverage and Sales departments

Qualifications :

広報PRマーケティング関連の実務経験業界不問目安3年以上
社内外との円滑なコミュニケーション力
基本的なPCスキルWordExcelPowerPoint
日本語での文章作成能力

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Public Relations Marketing or related fields (industry experience not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

• Proficiency in basic PC applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong written communication skills in Japanese
