Job Summary
Principal Responsibilities:
Manage purchase orders from placement through delivery and ensure timely supply of products.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate delivery schedules lead times and other commercial conditions.
Monitor open POs backlog delivery status and inventory to identify and resolve potential issues.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to expedite orders and resolve supply or delivery issues.
Work closely with Sales and other internal teams to understand business requirements and ensure appropriate product availability.
Optimize inventory levels while balancing customer demand supply availability and business requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline PO and supplier management processes.
Proactively communicate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
