Area Manager

WHAT YOULL DO 

As Area Manager you lead and develop a group of stores together with Store Managers to drive strong business results operational excellence and outstanding customer experience. 

• Be accountable for financial targets monitor results and act on KPIs to improve performance across your stores. 

• Drive local sales and executions of commercial activities in line with global strategies while ensuring stores follow H&M standards routines and policies. 

• Lead coach and inspire Store Managers and store teams setting clear priorities empowering decision-making and securing strong execution. 

• Recruit develop and secure succession for future store leaders while strengthening an inclusive culture through feedback leadership development and consistent communication. 

• Partner with People Expansion Tech Visual and other support functions to solve challenges support rollouts and secure smooth safe and cost-efficient store operations. 

WHO YOULL WORK WITH 

As an Area Manager youll work closely with Store Managers and cross-functional partners across all functions to drive commercial performance operational excellence and consistent customer experience across multiple stores. 

This role will be reporting to Sales Manager.
