経営層へのリスクインサイトの提供重要な経営課題や戦略に関するリスク分析規制対応ならびに海外の各リージョンのERMとの協働を通じて持続的な成長と健全なガバナンスを支える重要な役割を担います
国内外のステークホルダーと連携しながらリスク管理の専門性とビジネス視点の双方を高めることができるポジションです

職責Job Responsibilities

• 当社グループの全社的リスク管理ERMフレームワークの運営および高度化を推進し健全なリスクガバナンスの確立に貢献する
• 経営戦略事業計画新商品サービス重要プロジェクト等に内在するリスクを分析評価し経営層への提言および意思決定支援を行う
• 内外の事業環境や規制動向社会経済トレンドを踏まえ新興リスクや事業機会を特定分析し経営へのインサイトを提供する
• リスク事象データの集約分析モニタリングを通じてリスク傾向を把握しリスク低減および業務改善に向けた提言を行う
• リスク関連委員会の運営をリードするとともに経営会議取締役会向けのリスクレポートを作成しリスクに関する透明性の向上を図る
• リスク管理施策を推進し各部門におけるリスクコントロール環境の評価および改善を支援する
• 金融庁対応および各種リスク評価業務を担当し規制要件への適切な対応を推進する
• ERM関連研修や啓発活動を企画実施し組織全体のリスクカルチャーの醸成に貢献する
• 各リージョンERMの同僚と連携しベストプラクティスの導入やERM態勢の継続的改善を推進する

必要とされるスキル経験Required Skills and Experiences

最終学歴

大学卒業学士号以上

スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許

• 日本語による高いコミュニケーション能力文書作成プレゼンテーション会議対応
• ビジネスレベルの英語力メール対応資料作成が可能なレベルプレゼンテーション会議対応が可能なレベルであれば尚可
• 論理的思考力および分析力
• 複雑な課題を整理し解決策を導き出す問題解決能力
• 多様なステークホルダーと信頼関係を構築し協働を推進できるコミュニケーション能力
• データや事実に基づきリスクや課題を客観的に分析できる能力
• ビジネスITツールMicrosoft Office等を活用した資料作成分析スキル
• 主体性を持って業務を推進し新たな課題にも柔軟に取り組める姿勢

業務経験

以下いずれかの経験がある方が望ましい

• オペレーション損害サービス営業ITなど保険事業に関連する業務経験
• システム開発システム導入プロジェクトにおける要件定義テスト等の業務経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントまたは業務改善プロジェクトへの参画経験
• 英語での海外実務の経験があれば尚可
