職責Job Responsibilities

入社後まずは事業の基盤を支える以下の実務13を中心にお任せします業務とデータ仕様の理解が進んだ後徐々にモダン環境への移行や最新テクノロジーの導入45へと業務の幅を広げていただきます

1. 既存業務ツールの保守運用および改修
主に法人向け保険部門従業員の労災の保険企業財産の保険企業賠償責任の保険などで利用されているツールの日常的な運用サポート改善提案およびユーザーからの要望に応じた改修を行います

2.自動化プロセスの運用保守および新規効率化プロセスの構築
既存の自動化ツールの保守トラブルシューティングを通じた安定運用を行いますあわせて維持に留まることなく新たな生産性向上を目的とした新規プロセス開発にも携わっていただきます

3.データ抽出集計分析SQLによる営業商品部門への意思決定サポート
営業部門や商品部門からの依頼に基づき社内データソース企業データ保険証券データマーケットデータなどから必要なデータを抽出しビジネスの意思決定に必要なデータソリューションの提供を行います

4.ビジネス部門との連携ビジネス課題のヒアリング
既存メンバーと共に各ビジネス部門とのミーティングに同席し業務のペインポイントお困りごとをヒアリングします

５. 最新テクノロジー生成AI等の導入プロジェクトへの参画
生成AI等のプロジェクトにメンバーとして加わり実際の業務プロセスへの組み込みや業務効率化付加価値創出の検証実装を行います

• 学士号または同等の学位

• プログラミングの基礎ご自身でコーディング読み書きができること
• SQLなどで目的のデータを自分で抽出加工できることノーコードBIのみに依存しないこと
• 自分が学んだ取り組んだことをなぜそうしたか基礎から説明できる論理的思考力
• データITツール生成AI等への学習意欲レガシー技術も最新技術も前向きに学べること

歓迎スキル経験

• 理学工学数学情報計量経済など関連分野の学位
• ExcelVBAでのツール作成改修PythonRSQLなどでのデータ処理経験
• 生成AIを使ってみた経験プロンプトエンジニアリング等レベル不問
• Microsoft 365Power Automate Power Apps SharePoint Copilotでの業務改善への関心
