Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain cloud-native and full-stack applications.
- Leverage AI technologies and tools to improve software development efficiency quality and automation.
- Design and implement AI-enabled development frameworks accelerators and best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to rapidly deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Contribute across the software development lifecycle including architecture development testing deployment and support.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to enhance engineering productivity and effectiveness.
- Promote modern engineering practices automation DevOps and Agile delivery methodologies
- Support the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and frameworks within the engineering organization.
- Strong experience in software engineering with expertise in cloud technologies and/or full-stack development.
- Solid programming and application design skills across modern technology stacks.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Agile delivery DevOps CI/CD and software quality practices.
- Passion for hands-on development and technical problem-solving.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving technology trends.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a Japanese business environment.
- Native Japanese speakers are welcome and English proficiency is not mandatory for this group.
- Non-Japanese candidates must have business-level Japanese communication skills.
- Experience designing or implementing AI/GenAI solutions AI agents RAG architectures or AI-powered automation.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or Google Cloud.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and frameworks such as GitHub Copilot OpenAI Azure AI Services LangGraph and LangChain.
- Background in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with modern engineering and governance practices.
