Adoption Team Lead
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Governance Adoption
Localize and deploy global/regional governance.
Maintain standards templates and playbooks.
Monitor governance adoption and maturity.
2. Capability Development
Develop Product Management Change Leadership to enterprise wide.
Lead training coaching Communities of Practice certification and maturity assessments.
3. Enterprise Adoption Strategy
Define adoption roadmap communication strategy stakeholder engagement and executive awareness.
Drive enterprise-wide behavioral adoption.
4. Maturity Management
Define and operate maturity models for Product Manager.
5. Transformation Enablement
Provide governance consulting facilitation templates and best practices to contribute to improve Product Manager capability company wide.
6. Performance Measurement
Track governance adoption capability maturity Vision/Journey creation/Epic definition/CDF adoption training completion and value realization.
7. Community Leadership
Lead Product Owner Scrum Master Agile and Change Champion communities.
Leadership Responsibilities
Lead the Adoption team.
Set annual roadmap and priorities.
Coach team members.
Collaborate with executives business technology HR and regional/global teams.
Required Qualifications
10 years in Business/Digital Transformation Agile Transformation or Organizational Change.
Experience with enterprise governance capability development executive stakeholder management and Agile frameworks.
Preferred: Financial Services/Insurance SAFe Lean Portfolio Management Product Operating Model.
