Job Summary

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate new team member to join the Organization Development & Workforce Planning Team.
This role will focus on planning and controlling activities related to labor costs as well as on key organizational topics ensuring a fully integrated approach between workforce planning and organizational design.

Your Role

  • Prepare monthly Strategic People Metrics reporting providing actionable workforce insights and people analytics to support business decision-making and enable data-driven actions and process optimization.
  • Support the monthly actual vs budget analysis for both headcount and labor costs ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Conduct cost analyses combining headcount labor cost dynamics and organizational structure highlighting key drivers and trends.
  • Monitor Inclusion & Equity KPIs and contribute to the preparation of the Sustainability Report ensuring alignment with CSRD requirements.
  • Support the design and implementation of organizational projects collaborating with business regions and functions to define and implement solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in the field
  • Background in Finance/Accounting is preferred
  • Strong communication interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities

What we offer

  • Job Level/Category in line with the applicable collective agreement.
  • Gross annual salary no less than: 40.000
  • The position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives
