Job Summary
Role summary
The role holder is responsible for the assigned projects supporting the TS/NPI Manager or TS/NPI Project Manager. They work with a high level of autonomy both within and outside the site collaborating with all relevant stakeholders. The main objective is to manage projects (or assigned portions of projects) end-to-end ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes in line with approved budgets and timelines.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support BD colleagues in the evaluation and preparation of business cases (RFPs / ECRs).
- Prepare final budgets timelines and required resources for projects assigned to the site.
- Lead assigned projects by coordinating all necessary activities across impacted functions.
- Provide leadership at Pfizer level engaging with multiple external stakeholders on assigned projects.
- Escalate issues and challenges when needed proposing solutions and managing escalations from external parties.
Qualifications:
- Degree in scientific or technical disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing site preferably in Operations and/or Quality.
Other Requirements
- Advanced level of English (ability to lead teleconferences and write minutes).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
- Capability to deliver difficult messages and challenge the status quo.
- Proactive approach.
