As a Technical Consultant you will work with sales and technical teams to deliver products that will secure the digital lives of millions of people.

A WEEK IN THE LIFE OF A TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

• You will serve as the primary interface for customers.
• You will participate in the pre-sale deployment and maintenance of products.
• You will manage the life-cycle of new products from requirements to deployment and order management.
• You will develop technical specifications to describe customer requirements.
• You will understand the technical needs of customers and identify products and solutions.
• You will deliver technical presentations and trainings to customers.
• You will provide knowledge about market competition.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• To do this job you must be proficient in technical support project management and integration Solid working experience in smart cards system deployment/validation administration and maintenance support.
• We would appreciate if you had a Business School Degree.
• You need to be fluent in English
• We would like someone to join our team who is a good verbal and writing
  communicator customer and business oriented organized autonomous rigorous works well under pressure team player good interpersonal skills creative analytical thinker problem-solver positive attitude.
• You need to have a Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering Computer Science or related.
• We are looking for someone with 1 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field
  (preferably Smartcard Embedded Software or Services provider background
  Telecom or Secure Transactions area) or equivalent experience within THALES.
