We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team in Italy on a maternity cover contract.
In this role you will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract engage and hire exceptional talent across a variety of business functions. - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards referrals networking and other talent channels.
- Screen and assess candidates identifying the best talent for current and future business needs.
- Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process providing market insights and recruitment expertise.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Build strong partnerships with HR colleagues & hiring managers
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
- Support employer branding university engagement networking activities and recruitment events.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruitment or Executive Search either in-house or within an agency environment.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional approach to handling confidential information.
- Fluent Italian and English both written and spoken.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems preferably Workday.
- Experience recruiting across multiple business functions and levels.
- Strong direct sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities.
- Experience working within a multinational or matrix organization.
- Exposure to healthcare pharmaceutical medical device life sciences or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience working with external recruitment agencies and suppliers.
