BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:
The United Nations World Food Programme is the worlds largest humanitarian organization saving lives in emergencies and using food assistance to build a pathway to peace stability and prosperity for people recovering from conflict disasters and the impact of climate change.
WFPs Chief Financial Officer Division drives effective planning allocation and utilization of resources and oversees the corporate financial cycle from performance and financial planning through budgeting recording of accounting transactions and payments to financial and performance reporting.
As part of the CFO Division the CFOMD team analyze and transform complex financial and performance data to derive strategic insights drive financial risk management and strengthen high-level decision-making. Leveraging advanced digital tools and innovative methodologies the team aim to support strategic business outcomes and to enhance financial stewardship.


ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Support Adoption and Change Management consultant will be part of CFO Monitoring and Digital Cell (CFOMD) branch and will operate under the supervision of the units lead.

Main responsibilities include:
Provide timely and effective technical end-user support to end-users on products and systems under CFOMDs responsibility.
Work with business owners Product Managers and other stakeholders as needed to design and deploy effective rollout strategies for new products.
Work with business owners Product Managers and other stakeholders as needed to design and implement effective training strategies to facilitate initial adoption and long-term sustainability of new products.
Develop and maintain training materials and online manuals as needed including ensuring alignment with product upgrades and evolving business processes.
Maintain CFOMDs style-guide to ensure a consistent and coherent user-interface framework is adopted in the development of new products and systems.
Maintain consistent feedback loops with communities of end-users and product managers to inform product evolution roadmaps.
Support preparation of webinars presentations documentation as necessary. Including supporting ROs and COs in the preparation of ad-hoc trainings.
Define and regularly measure product support utilization and adoption indicators for all products under CFOMDs responsibility.
Provide regular updates on product support utilization and adoption.
Provide other ad hoc support as required.

DELIVERABLES AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT:
Effective support provided to end-users.
Effective support provided during the rollout of new products and product upgrades.
Up to date manuals guidance and training materials.
Product backlogs and roadmaps effectively informed by feedback from user communities.
Effective monitoring of product support adoption and utilization
Timely provision of support to other team members

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education:
University Degree in Business Administration Information Operations Performance Management Communications or other related field of study.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years post graduate progressively responsible professional experience (of which a minimum 2 years working experience within WFP). Experience with providing business and technical support training and knowledge management. Familiarity with operating in large complex and decentralized contexts. Experience with working with teams and team processes.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong written and oral communication skills including substantive report writing skills. Strong planning and time management skills ability to manage competing priorities and to deliver under tight deadlines. Ability to transfer knowledge through formal and informal trainings. Ability to leverage technology and technological tools to achieve work goals. Good analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environment. Self-motivated and able to learn and work independently.
Languages:
Fluency in oral and written English.
