Strategy Consultant in Operations and High Performance Organization

To strengthen our team in Milan we are looking for excellent Strategy Consultants in Operations and High Performance Organization.

Key Responsibilities

In the role you will lead international interdisciplinary teams at customers site with a focus on transforming their operations and obtaining a customer competitive advantage

You will guide our clients with innovative ideas to increase the performance of production processes and logistics reduce processes costs and improve the clients customer satisfaction

You are asked to link operations improvements to clients strategic targets and drive the change through implemented measurable results

You will leverage Digital Tools and Industry 4.0 Use Cases as enablers of a superior performance in the operations

Qualifications

4 or more years of experience in production management of multinational companies preferable in industrial goods or consumer goods sectors

Experience in leading directly resources

Successfully completed degree in Engineering or an equivalent education MBA is a preferred requirement

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Big Picture understanding entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for changes

Language proficiency in Italian and English German is a plus

The role of consultant requires a full willingness to travel (80% of the work time at customers site).

This role is designed for consultants who want to move beyond analysis and help shape the strategic direction of organizations.
