As a Technical Sales Specialist you will be the voice of a leading global tech brand. You will guide Italian-speaking customers help them choose the right products solve their technical inquiries and ensure they receive a five-star experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage & Consult: Handle inbound customer queries via phone email and live chat.
• Inbound Sales Support: Help customers make informed purchasing decisions matching their needs with the best tech products and services.
• Post-Sales Care: Manage queries regarding deliveries refunds warranties and order tracking.
• Exceed Goals: Meet quarterly performance and sales targets while maintaining excellent service quality.
• CRM Management: Log and manage customer data accurately in our systems.

• Languages: Native or near-native Italian with a solid command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Mindset: Tech-savvy quick to learn new systems and passionate about tech products.
• Skills: Excellent communication empathy and a natural sales drive.
• Experience in Customer Support or Sales is a strong plus but we provide full training!
• Flexibility: Available to work rotational shifts (Monday to Saturday 08:00 19:00).

We offer a highly competitive package that allows you to live comfortably in Portugal:

• Base Salary: 14336 EUR gross/year (Paid out as 1024 EUR x 14 monthsincluding the standard Portuguese Christmas and Summer holiday bonuses!).
• Performance Bonus: Up to 225 EUR/month gross (up to 2700 EUR gross annually).
• Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR net per working day (paid on a meal card approx. 150 EUR/month tax-free).
• Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month.
• Total Yearly Package: 16484.72 EUR base value up to 2700 EUR in bonuses.
• Private Health Insurance: Active from day one (and completely free of charge after 6 months!).
• Contract: Initial 6-month contract with high potential for permanent renewal.
• Schedule: Rotational shifts (MondaySaturday) with Sundays 1 rotating day off per week.
• Work Setup: 100% Remote (hardware provided).
