Job Summary
The Italy Knowledge and Information Team (K&I) is responsible for identifying capturing utilizing and sharing legal knowledge and expertise across the Firm.
The team primarily oversees:
- Training: Organizing periodic seminars induction sessions and training events for internal Fee Earners and clients.
- Library and Research Support: Managing databases and providing research assistance.
- Legislative Updates: Collecting and distributing updates news and guidelines from relevant authorities.
- Knowhow and Templates: Gathering legal precedents and producing/updating templates.
As an intern you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with all our Global Product GroupAntitrust & Trade Capital Markets Corporate Transaction & Advisory Debt Finance Disputes Funds & Asset Management Private Equity Project Development & Finance Real Estate Restructuring and Insolvency Structured Finance Tax Pension Employment & Incentives through jurisprudential and doctrinal research. You may also serve as a point of reference in the library assisting with tools like X-lege and helping locate collections.
This experience will help you develop exceptional organizational and research skills.

Qualifications :
- You are ideally at the fourth or at the beginning of fifth year of university with an excellent academic background and an excellent knowledge of the English language.
- You are interested in exploring and approaching an international law firm and deepening your knowledge of the different practices of a firm with the aim of identifying one of your interests for your future career.
- You will be a self-starter but also a team player with strong communication analytical and drafting skills able to managing different work-streams.
