Service Production Planner MFD

AsPlannerfor the Florence ServiceShopyou will be managing theplanning and materialforthe repairing activities. This role impliesto ensure Customer satisfaction coordinating production schedulesprioritization of resourcesmanaging lead times andoptimizingmaterial availability for efficient operations.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Planning and scheduling order deliveries such that inventory costs are minimized whilemaintainingcustomer commitments

• Translating order book into production plans coordinating & monitoring activities managed in farm-in & farm-out

• Working with Regional team to convert demand plan into physical orders working on regional & global forecast to prioritize delivery dates as needed (pull-ins/push-outs)

• Understanding business trends opportunities and how theyimpactthe demand forecast

• Assisting & guiding operations so to follow production plan and KPIs goals

• Spread Lean approach andmethodologytoeliminatewaste and increase efficiency

• Syncingmaterial flow with production milestones.

• Improving quality and increase productivity

• Utilizing MRP system &business toolsfortimelyupdates

• Building cross-functional relationships and address production roadblocks

• Preparing and update production schedules andpurchasingneeds

• Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs

• Ensuringtimelyand effective resolution of allCustomer issues

• Fostering DiversityEquityand Inclusion across the Team

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelors Degreeon STEM Disciplinesfrom an accredited college or university

• Strong experience in Global Supply Chain orService Operation

• Be able to plan and executemultipletasks in a high-paced changing environment having the ability to work with and influence stakeholders

• Strong leadership soft skills to influence and drive the team to execute and deliver according to our HSE/Quality standards and Customer requirements

• Fluent written and spokenItalian andEnglish

• Proven capability to work cross-functionally

• Experience in order management inventory optimization assetutilization

• Knowledge of Oracle and MRP functionality

• Knowledge of the principles of Lean manufacturing

• APICS Certification
