Senior Sustainable Operation Consultant Environmental Due Diligence

Role accountabilities:

• Environmental Due Diligences and Compliance Audits
• Identification of potential environmental liabilities due to past and current activities including definition of corrective actions to meet legislative requirements and associated costs mainly in the frame of pre-acquisition merge and divestiture projects of commercial and industrial sites.
• Compliance audits aimed at assessing environmental health and safety compliance against local legislation internal clients and European standards.
• EHS consulting services.
• Development and implementation of EHS integrated management systems.
• Development and implementation of legal tracking systems EHS training.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Around 10 years of working experience in EHS Due Diligences EHS Compliance Audits and related consultancy services.
• Studies: Degree in Engineering Geology or Environmental Sciences.
• A very good level (B2) of English and Italian.
• Knowledge of current Italian legislation framework regarding environmental and H&S requirements.
• Knowledge and Risk Assessment of Organizational Management systems according to Lgs.D. 231/2001.
• Development implementation and auditing of Quality (ISO 9001) Environment (ISO 14001) and Safety (ISO 45001) Management Systems.
• Excellent abilities of analysis and synthesis.
• Excellent relationship skills and teamwork attitude.
• Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.

The annual salary range for this position is 35.000 - 52.000
