WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A Senior Solution Delivery Consultant at CAST plays a key role in ensuring the success of CAST services and solution delivery by supporting the rollout and ongoing operations across all key elements: project guidance requirements gathering advisory processes technical delivery adaptability to change and coping with difficulties. This role requires analytical and technical skills strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering value to our customers. To be effective a Solution Delivery Consultant must articulate a sophisticated blend of measurement theory IT management practice adaptable communication ability up to the executive level and software engineering. This role requires an intellectually rigorous multifaceted personality thought leadership and a consultative approach to problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities

Actively drive and manage the rollout and operational projects for CAST solutions and services

Design and roll out the CAST Center of Excellence in conjunction with the client or the preferred partners granting the best scalability integration and efficiency of the customer environment

Manage the delivery of services to assigned clients at the local level in coordination with the CAST Global Delivery team to ensure the expected results are achieved

Build a trusted relationship with all the clients stakeholders to ensure value delivery

Closely work with the Technical Manager and Account Executive to align the technical requirements and the solution design with the customers business drivers in the early solution proposition phase

Actively support knowledge sharing and communication with the local and global delivery teams

Desired Skills & Experience

6 10 years overall work experience

Solid experience in complex software development lifecycle processes minimum 4 years of experience (mandatory)

Mandatory experience with AI-augmented software development: familiarity with software intelligence platforms and MCP-based AI agent integrations (e.g. GitHub Copilot Claude Code Cursor) and the ability to translate deterministic architectural context into technical debt remediation change-impact analysis and modernization roadmaps for enterprise clients

Knowledge of some of the following technologies: Angular Spring

Strong hands-on knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS technologies

Deep understanding of the IT application development ecosystem

Team technical leadership skills technological guidance and overall project governance

The ideal candidate has experience across various industry sectors including financial services government telecommunications and energy

Fluency in software engineering and metrics and state-of-the-art standards

Knowledge of IT/AD governance and management issues and a deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle concepts for iterative and non-iterative models including DevOps/DevSecOps

Must be customer-focused and able to manage and resolve complex technical issues

Excellent oral and written communication skills outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with senior levels of an organization

University technical bachelors degree and university masters degree are a plus

Fluent written and spoken English is a must (certification is a plus)
